Return & Exchange Policy

Full Wigs, Customized Wigs, Illusion Falls, Toppers, Headband Falls, Pony Wigs and Hat Falls may not be returned. Wig care products and accessories may not be returned. All sales are final and no returns are accepted on wigs, falls, toppers and accessories. Exchanges are accepted in certain circumstances.

All products are shipped to you via UPS, insured and signature required.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange it within 48 hours of receiving it. Products must be returned to us via UPS, insured and signature required. You are responsible for all shipping charges. All returns may be exchanged for a wig of same or lesser value. We allow three exchanges per purchase. You may choose to have store credit if you are not satisfied after the 3rd exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (If Paypal is used you will be refunded ).

All returned items must be in the original condition with tags attached. Any products that have been cut, dyed or altered in any way may NOT be exchanged. For fitting purposes, the wig may be tried on but NOT worn outside or for extended period of time to qualify for an exchange. Wigs, Illusion Falls, Toppers, Headband Falls, Pony Wigs or Hat Falls that show any signs of wear may NOT be exchanged. Any Wigs, Illusion Falls, Toppers, Headband falls, Pony Wigs or Hat Falls that have been stained, soiled, ripped or exposed to odors such as smoke or perfume may NOT be exchanged. Any sign of wear or damage will void the 48 hour policy. We do not refund shipping charges. Allow 7 days for us to receive and process your exchange. “FINAL SALE” products means items are not exchangeable. No refunds on any products.
